DOMESTIC POSTAGE - I use standard postage via Australia Post and expect delivery time to be between 2-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - I send by standard international postage and can expect delivery within 10 - 20 business days, if you need the products sooner contact me regarding cost of other options.
Please note that some countries may charge customs duties and import fees and these costs must be paid by you, the customer.

Returns & Refunds
With many of the ceramic pieces you will find slight imperfections and marks created by the handmade process. These contribute to the character and uniqueness of the individual pieces.
If damaged in shipping and you advise me within 4 days of receiving the goods I will replace the order asap or refund the purchase price (not shipping cost) I will need a photo of the broken item for insurance purposes.
If you are unhappy with the product in any way you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Please ensure that the product is returned carefully packaged in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs or fees related to either the original shipment or that occur when returning the item(s). Please also ensure when returning items that you obtain postage insurance up to the total purchase price of the item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during returned transit and in such an event we would expect to make a claim against the relevant courier company. Items that are returned used or damaged cannot be refunded.
